Lace dyeing knowledge
Fabric dyeing has always been an important topic in the textile industry, which is very important for the whole finished garment as an accessory material. The dyeing of lace fabric is the same, and the symbolism and visual association of fabric color cannot be ignored. In last year's issue, we introduced the dyeing of lace bar code edge in detail, and in this issue, we expanded to the dyeing of lace fabric. Although most of the operation steps of the two are related, there are also some differences.
[Dyeing process of lace fabric] :
1. Grey cloth -- put the newly woven wool embryo on the machine into the cloth cart and wait for the next process according to the dyeing factory production plan and cylinder discharge process card. Effects: (1) It is usually placed for 12-24 hours to eliminate the tension during weaving and prevent the dyeing point caused by the tension of the embryo cloth during dyeing. ② Open the wool embryo without opening. For example, to be washed, scheduled and other cloth.
2. Washing -- mainly used for the process containing OP cloth, through the washing machine to complete (also called scouring). Function ① Get rid of oil, dirt and dirt on the fabric. Relax the tension and internal stress of the fabric.
3. Reservation, due to containing spandex fabric, spandex contraction are prone to storage crease easily when weaving crease and spandex with an oiling process in the process of production, try to consider when dyeing remove oil, through the grey fabric, which can basically eliminate storage crease, crease (2) the fabric due to the high temperature in order to improve the internal oil evaporation to the front of the fabric surface after the refined remove oil better. Eliminate the edge retraction of spandex cloth and improve the quality of pre-finishing dyeing.
4. Scouring -- Polyester elastic knitted fabric, due to uneven force in the process of processing, there will often be creases and creases caused by the contraction of spandex, so the tension of the fabric should be released for relaxation and contraction, but because there is no relaxation machinery, it can only be refined and relaxed in the dyeing VAT. Because of the scouring in the dyeing VAT, and the dyeing machine has a certain tension, there is no guarantee that the fabric can shrink evenly under the condition of no tension, so in the processing of spandex knitting, there are more abnormalities.
5. Dyeing - The main points include:
(1). Receive - water - chemical - additives - feed - adjust the temperature curve.
(2). Exceptions prone to occur:
A, poor operation, if the dyeing knot, easy to produce serious color flowers.
B. Too fast heating, too fast coloring in a short time is not enough heat preservation time, not enough leveling time.
C. High hardness caused by water supply during a certain period.
D, improper adjustment of PH value, especially the use of high fastness dye to make ultrafine op-containing cloth is prone to color bloom or color difference.
E. The incompatibility of color formula is not good. The dye has poor stability and reproducibility at high temperature, and is prone to color bloom or color difference.
F. The dyeing VAT is not cleaned properly when the dyeing cylinder is arranged to change the color phase, resulting in color oil stains or block-colored flowers on the cloth during dyeing.
G, nozzle size is not appropriate, also easy to produce strip color flowers.
H. The oil content of the embryo cloth is large, and it is not clean to remove oil. When dyeing, it is easy to produce color flowers in the unclean place to remove oil.
I. The dyeing volume is too large or the cloth is too long in the cylinder.
J, dyeing cloth speed is too slow.
K, the availability of dyeing auxiliaries is unstable or the compatibility between dye factors and auxiliaries is poor.
L. Poor efficiency of relaxation and scouring.
M, dyeing cylinder volume is too large.
N. The dyeing machine is not running normally.
U. When dyeing, the cooling speed is too fast so that the cloth surface directly enters the cold water state from high temperature to form transverse small folds
V. Unreasonable selection of nozzle.
W, poor dye migration.
